What inspired you to join? I had been wanting to starting exercising more and knew that I needed a community to keep myself accountable

How did you come up with your derby name? I love snails, and I move slow

Favorite pre- or post-derby snacks? V8, tuna salad, Impossible Whopper

What advice would you give someone who is considering joining a roller derby league? Try it! Some roller derby people look intimidating, but folks are really kind. Everyone wants to help you become the best skater (and person) you can be. Skating with this team has brought me more strength and joy than I could've dreamed.
