SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We're looking for sponsors to help fund our league. In return for your sponsorship, we're offering home bout and advertising perks throughout the season.

AORD relies partly on the generosity and support of the community to operate. In turn we continuously give back through donations, promotion, and volunteering throughout the community with organizations whose goals align with AORD's values (inclusivity, teamwork, resilience, empowerment, community, and DEI commitment). Our league members pay monthly dues, and our coaches volunteer their time to lead us. Our league is run by a democratically elected board and our members put in endless hours to keep this league running.

With your contribution, we hope to continue growing as a league and bettering our community. With sponsorship funds, we will be able to continue our search for a sanctioned space to practice and potentially become WFTDA certified, which would in turn mean hosting more home bouts in Athens in the future. Our home bouts pull in hundreds of community members in and outside of Athens, including visitors from surrounding states, with the largest event hosting nearly 900 spectators. Additionally, WOUB, Athens Messenger, Athens News and other publications come to cover the action. Your generous sponsorship will be prominently displayed in our community and across our social media channels, which have an average reach of 10k people.

All sponsorships are by season, generally following the calendar year with our active bout season falling between March and September.

*Home Bout Tickets can be used in any combination at any home game; all at once or spread throughout the season.

**Penalty Box and Jam Line Sponsors are premium sponsorships available to one exclusive sponsor per season.

All Basic Sponsors receive an AORD window decal to be proudly displayed, your logo on our website, and depending on your sponsorship level, social media shout outs (Facebook, Instagram), home bout shout outs, a banner displayed at each home game, tickets and VIP seating!

Our Sponsor a Bettie program gives back to the skater of your choice! Half of your sponsorship goes directly to the skater to be used towards dues, gear or a jersey! Every time that skater is mentioned during a game, your sponsorship will also be mentioned!

Our Penalty Box Sponsor gets shouted out more than most, as you can imagine there are penalties to be had! Get a special banner above the penalty box and multiple home bout shout outs.
