What inspired you to join? I moved to Athens in the summer of 2025, with 0 connections in the community. My new neighbor (Joyrider) invited me to an AORD home bout as a way to meet folks. I went, had a blast, and decided I needed to try out this derby thing for myself!

What song should play whenever you step onto the track/into the bout? "Le Freak" by CHIC -- I love a good disco jam during our warm-ups to set the mood for a good time and shake off any pre-skating jitters!

How did you come up with your derby name? I was born super tiny and grew up kind of fragile, so my family was shocked when I joined roller derby! "Little Flower" is a nod to that kind of subversion of expectations. I also like the irony of it as a derby name... Even if it doesn't sound very "tough" I will absolutely still try to hit you!! (Plus, who doesn't love a good floral??)

Favorite pre- or post-derby snacks? Cheese + Crackers + Grapes

What advice would you give someone who is considering joining a roller derby league? Derby is really a test of mental grit more than anything. If you've got that, you're golden! This is truly one of the most inclusive sports I've ever seen-- derby is for EVERYONE and EVERY BODY!
