What inspired you to join? At 43, with a 4 year old, I decided I needed to do something for myself. I needed to find myself again, roller derby was it!\

What song should play whenever you step on the derby track/into the derby bout? Roar by Katy Perry

How did you come up with your derby name? A friend suggested it and it fit because “I am out of my cage and ready to rage!”

Favorite pre- or post-derby snacks? Pre - PB&J. During - Nerd Clusters. Post - everything.

What advice would you give someone who is considering joining a roller derby league? It will change your life - do it.
